Position: EDI Consultant Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: EDI Solutions: Sterling Integrator (SI/ B2B Integrator) Expertise with ERP /EDI implementation lifecycle (SDLC) that includes program planning/ analysis, mapping, testing, and VAN/ Trading partner coordination (involving several products on the IBM Sterling Integrator and Windows platforms) Excellent knowledge of ANSI X12 standards Knowledge about EDI X12 documents like 101, 180, 810, 812, 820, 821, 823, 824, 828, 832, 844, 845, 849, 850, 852, 855, 856, 861, 867, 875, 880, 940, 945, 947, 997 Experience in B2B messaging protocols such as EDIINT AS/2, ebXML ebMS, and OFTP. Experience in trading partner management Knowledge about security protocols like SSL, TLS, SSH, PGP, Certificates, Encryption, Signature Worked with stakeholders to understand the integration requirements, created interface design specification based on business requirements specification. Analyse functional designs to assess interface requirements and its complexity. Experience in designing, developing, monitoring & troubleshooting EDI maps. Creation of Design objects (Data types, Message types, Service Interfaces, Mappings, etc) Experience in trading partner management Good verbal and written communication.
