Ability to translate business requirements into solutions that focus on established industry Salesforce best practices (i.e. leveraging declarative functionality) Work collaborative with the extended team to estimate the work effort, determine needed resources, and establishment of development schedule. Skilled in interfacing with an extended IT Team and Business Users as a domain expert with the ability to explain system functionality in terms that are understandable. Experienced in running a distributed development team containing both on-shore, near-shore and off-shore resources. Facilitate and perform deployment activities including metadata deployments, data loads, and system configuration. Minimum of 5 years experience developing Salesforce solutions with declarative functionality focus. Minimum of 3 years experience working with Salesforce platform development languages APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, LWC, etc. Understanding of Integration and Data related technologies REST, SOAP, Import Wizard, Data Loader, ETL, Middleware, External Services. Proven experience with Salesforce Administration, Maintenance and Security functionality oAuth, Single Sign-on, Backup/Restore, Roles/Profiles/Permissions Sets, License types. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading distributed teams. Skilled with Salesforce Experience Clouds for Customer and Partner Communities. Knowledge and expertise in Salesforce Change Management tools such as Gearset, Elements.Cloud, Salesforce CLI. Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
