Partnering with the project team, the Test Lead has the following responsibilities: develop the Test Approach, assess/plan/recommend testing needs (resources, time methodology), monitor testing efforts and schedules, and enforce processes for testing per standards. Proficient in manual testing techniques, estimating manual testing estimates, and SDLC processes. Familiar with HP ALM modules, and possess excellent communication skills.
