Position : Senior Elasticsearch Developer Location: Remote Type of hire: Contract Job Description: Must Haves: 1. Elasticsearch 2. SOLR 3. Enterprise search Domain Experience Should have 10+ years of Experience in Software Development and Design in Technology Industry. Should have 5 years of experience in implementing Search Technologies Lucene, Elastic & SOLR. Good Experience working with Multiple Data sources and fetching Indexes from Multiple Data sources from On Premise Environment to AWS Elastic Cloud. Should be well-versed in the Schema Mapping and creating New Schema Template for Multiple Data sources. Hands-on experience in implementing advanced search techniques in Elasticsearch, such as fuzzy searches, phrase queries, and wildcard queries. Develop custom Elasticsearch analyzers and tokenizers to handle specific data types or languages. Optimize indexing performance by implementing indexing strategies, such as using bulk indexing, custom routing, and custom index templates. Design and implement custom data pipelines to ingest data into Elasticsearch, using tools such as Logstash or custom scripts and using Kibana. Implement data retention policies for Elasticsearch indices, including creating and deleting indices based on time-based rules. Experience on AWS is a plus.
