This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a project that will shape the future of our organization's systems. Responsibilities: Collaborate with software developers and cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies. Design and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to thoroughly evaluate application functionality, performance, usability, and security. Conduct system and integration testing to identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation across various platforms. Document test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution and retesting. Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and test coverage. Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing methodologies, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Actual Years Experience Years Experience Needed Required/ Preferred Skills/Experience 4 Required Proven experience in software testing, preferably within an application development environment. 4 Required Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools. 4 Required Familiarity with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, and experience with automated testing frameworks. 4 Required Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, and operating systems. 4 Required Proficiency in using testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks. 4 Required Excellent problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. 4 Required Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in cross- functional teams. 4 Required Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 4 Required Experience with Agile development methodologies. 4 Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 1 Preferred Relevant work experience conducting performance testing using LoadRunner.
