Performance Engineer 12+Month Contract Onsite in Omaha, Nebraska H1B/H4EAD Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end performance testing activities. Gather nonfunctional requirements (NFRs) and formulate performance test strategy/plan. Utilize LoadRunner and Neo Load for scripting various performance testing protocols. Hands-on experience with middleware protocols such as MQ and ISO files is a plus. Perform root cause analysis using APM and logging tools like AppDynamics and Splunk. Set up and execute various performance tests, including load tests, stress tests, and endurance tests. Analyze performance test results and provide observations/recommendations. Collate and prepare intermediate and final reports for performance testing. Collaborate with POD team/project teams for daily coordination and activities. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end performance testing. Proficiency in LoadRunner and Neo Load for performance testing. Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and Splunk for root cause analysis. Scripting experience with various performance testing protocols, including Web, Web Services/Restful Services, JDBC/SQL. Familiarity with middleware protocols such as MQ and ISO files is an advantage. Strong communication and coordination skills.
