Need candidates of EST or CST Time Zone Duration: 6+ months MOI: Skype Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience configuring SolarWinds not just using SolarWinds, but actually configuring SolarWinds. This role is a SolarWinds Admin role. The client has updated the main responsibilities and requirements for this role: SolarWinds SEM administration including upgrading appliance, agents Monitor SEM agent status and troubleshooting with admins CMDB in ServiceNow, updating the assets attributes, clean CIs Comprehensive assets inventory, data collection from various sources, teams and compile Availability of critical applications and maintain/report on monthly basis Software and hardware currency, data collection, analysis and maintain at least at N-1 Cross security tool checks on all applicable operating systems, report gaps to mitigate unknow IP addresses working with various teams to identify the IP, hostname, host type etc. and request to update DNS Help in SL1 for having devices identified. Requirements: (Below Skills will be mentioned in the Skill Matrix form, so all the points are very important): Configuring SolarWinds Solarwinds SEM administration including upgrading appliance, agents Monitoring SEM agent status and troubleshooting with admins CMDB in ServiceNow Software and hardware currency, data collection, analysis and maintaining at least at N-1 Cross security tool checks on operating systems, report gaps to mitigate unknow IP addresses SL1 Providing IT support Federal government experience SolarWinds Network topology Configuring/troubleshooting nodes for management (SNMP, WMI, etc.) Building/deploying application monitoring Certifications: ITIL v3 Foundations or better SolarWinds Certified Professional: SAM or NCM or NPM or SEM or NTA or DPA or OAD. IAT Level II certified (CompTIA Security+ ce). Min Citizenship Status Required: Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Physical Requirements: Ability to left up to 50 lbs.
