[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Position:- Lead MDM Developer Role Type - Contract (W2 Only) Looking for Visa Independent Consultants only who can come on our W2 pay role. MDM lead (Hands ON ) with Profisee experience : 10+ years of MDM experience. Plan and lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users Coordinate MDM program activities for the Customer data domain Conduct source system analysis, and data profiling for lifecycle management. Develop and implement MDM strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Define MDM architecture and design principles. Design end-to-end MDM solutions that meet business requirements and industry best practices. Define data models, data structures, and relationships for master data entities. Define and enforce data quality standards for master data. Implement security measures to protect master data from unauthorized access. Monitor and optimize the performance of MDM systems. Continuously evaluate and improve MDM processes and systems. Create and maintain documentation for MDM solutions and processes. Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of a MDM platform Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the endorsed MDM tool. Thorough understanding of deterministic and probabilistic matching methodologies and master data hierarchy management Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture teams (data integration, data architecture, business intelligence) to develop and deliver MDM solutions. Work with Architecture Review Board and Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life cycle. Deliver services that meet internal KPIs & customer SLAs -At least 10 years direct experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations with Profisee MDM tool suite. Hands-on expertise required with Profisee tools and utilities such as Data Controls, Data Director, and Data Quality. Design and implement data integration processes with Profisee. Integrate Profisee MDM with other enterprise systems. Define relationships and attributes within Profisee. Develop and execute test plans for Profisee MDM implementations. Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions.
