Role : Kronos Integration Consultant Location : Remote, Company address is 255 State Street, Boston, MA 02110 Duration : probably more than a year, but at least 6 months getting plan together and No H1B Job Description: NEED A CANDIDATE WILLING TO DO SOME TRAVEL, WILL BE FULLY EXPENSED. MUST HAVE STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. Looking for a part-time consultant. They will work with our consultant to figure out the scope/hours needed for the project on a weekly basis. Drug screen + background check Had a bad experience in the past with a timekeeping implementation project, want to make sure they do it right this time. Company is implementing Kronos timekeeping throughout North America Kronos should calculate gross pay which feeds to ADP, this is the complexity, Unions and different rules at different Mills, holiday time, double time, etc. No experience implementing Kronos, and had bad experience 10 years ago with last system (he is finding out what legacy system is) Sappi Europe (sister company) implemented Kronos HR- waiting on final approval, rolling out in March of next year Prep and project planning in the meantime Looking for: Guidance on project plan should entail Make sure its complete All different aspects, setting up project plan, testing Company has some internal thoughts on how long it should take, need the expert to help.
