From: Shivam Pachauri, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Role/Title: Salesforce Engineer - Team Lead Location: 100% remote Overall candidate skills: Not just good at coding they can go off and do things on their own Not looking for technical robots Show potential to be strategic leaderships / drive for getting right solutions All things are in salesforce CPQ, revenue cloud, FSL experience is added benefit for ALL positions Flexibility / adaptability / right attitude Summary Provide technical development leadership in designing, developing, and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystems, aligned with Architecture and implementation best practices. This includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing and Field Services. Requirements: Education: Four (4) year degree or equivalent experience Experience: 8 years of Object-Oriented software development experience 7 years developing in the APEX language including Classes and Triggers 5 years doing front end development using Force.com 5 years experience performing deployments from Sandbox environments all the way to Production Minimum 5 years experience developing on Sales and Service Clouds Preferred experience in leading design and solutions with Architecture for Salesforce implementations Preferred Copado experience Preferred salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Skills: Has excellent organizational skills and a positive attitude. Demonstrates ability to follow defined processes, meet deadlines, handle, and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Is a great team player and proactively offers help or guidance to peers. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Must demonstrate very good verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Proven ability to design and implement new processes. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to support and build custom apps. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
