Responsibilities: Risk Framework Implementation: Utilize in-depth knowledge to implement and support risk and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices. Program Support: Assist in various risk-related programs, including audit response, regulatory inquiries, and related initiatives. Project Management: Manage complex projects involving collaboration with business units to enhance controls and address any identified deficiencies. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interaction with stakeholders and team members. Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a team environment, fostering a cooperative and supportive work culture. Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability. Industry Experience: Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
