You will be responsible for assessing and enhancing the current systems architecture, monitoring the business impact of technical solutions, and providing leadership in recommending sustainable and scalable architecture solutions. Additionally, you will oversee engineering and software architecture design reviews, as well as actively assess and mitigate potential technical project challenges and constraints. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the existing Workday systems architecture to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of current technical configurations and integrations. Continuously monitor and analyze the impact of technical solutions on business processes, efficiency, and overall performance. Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks that may arise due to technical changes. Provide expert guidance and leadership in recommending sustainable and scalable Workday architecture solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical architecture with business goals and objectives. Conduct comprehensive reviews of engineering and software architecture designs to ensure they align with best practices and industry standards.
