Title: M365 IT Program Manager Location: Remote Duration: 5 Months RHI Job Description: The IT Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple IT projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with M365, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands at the same time. Additionally, the IT Program Manager should bring a strategic perspective to conversations and be able to translate business demands into technical solutions that are enterprise impacting. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects/programs to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. M365 Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience with M365 tools and services, including SharePoint, Teams, PowerApps, PowerBI, and Office Suite, to provide recommendations on best practices, architecture, and deployment. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, vendors, and technical teams, to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Strategic Thinking: Bring a strategic perspective to conversations and translate business demands into technical solutions that are enterprise impacting. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project/program delivery, escalate critical issues to appropriate leadership for timely resolution. Resource Management: Manage resources, including project team members, vendors, and contractors, to ensure they are aligned with project objectives, performing according to expectations, and meeting deadlines. Continuous Improvement: Provide strategic input on process improvements and recommend ways to optimize technology solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 3 years of experience in managing M365 projects/programs. Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple demands at the same time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience in risk management, resource management, and budget management. Ability to think strategically and translate business demands into technical solutions that are enterprise impacting. Experience in Agile methodology and PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
