COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION IS BELOW FOR YOUR REVIEW: Job Title: IT Business Analyst Location: Remote Hire type: Contract Mandatory Skills: Experience with the Affordable Care Act and/or Medicaid systems MAGI or Non-MAGI/Health Insurance Exchange (HIX)/Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Experience in RFP/Compliance/Competitor/Market analysis Responsibilities: Define the detailed requirements and functions of the features of the HIX system - Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as PPACA, HIPAA - Facilitate meetings with external clients and internal teams - Prepare requirement documentation such as User Story, FSD, BRD etc. - Work with UI & UX team to define wireframes and visuals reflecting the requirements Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Technology or higher (B.
