Must have an active AWS associate certification. Awareness of full software development life cycle practices and the ability to follow source code management, code quality and testing practices. 5+ years of hands-on experience in application software solution development and execution. Software development knowledge using AWS resources like Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, Route 53, VPC, AWS Batch, AWS Directory, Service Catalog is preferred. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies, such as, Java Web Services, JMS, XML, JSON, JDBC etc. Along with experience in creating Web Service (SOAP and Rest) using Java Spring boot. Understanding of Batch and MQ. 3+ years of systems design experience along with continuous integration and DevOps methodologies. Experience using GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, uDeploy, Rally, checkmarx etc or AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy and AWS CodeStar. Infrastructure as Code experience, like CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK. Experience with one or more relational database technologies such as Postgres, Oracle, MariaDB. Familiar with Agile methodology. Experience working in an Agile or SAFe development environment. Proven ability to work with cross functional teams. Preferred: Technical knowledge of AWS application development and Data Integrations. Hands-on experience on Migrating Legacy applications to AWS.
