Our client is looking for a fully remote Senior Salesforce Developer to join their team. This is a permanent role starting out as a contract-to-hire, working on a multiyear contact center migration. The current team has a very mature culture and is excited to add a senior resource alongside them to complete this project. Position Description: Salesforce Development (HealthCloud, Flows, LWC Lightning Web Components) to assist a Multiyear Medicaid Contact Center migration using Flows, Knowledge Content, etc. Perform Integration and smoke testing Work with QA for full manual and automated testing Project: Multiyear Medicaid Contact Center migration using Flows, Knowledge Content, etc. Required Skills: 5+ years experience with: o HealthCloud o Flows o LWC Development (Lighting Web Components) Must have active Salesforce Developer -1 Certification Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Security Model Integration and smoke testing Ability to dive in and proactively develop the Salesforce environment to keep the project on schedule Bonus Skills: Healthcare or Contact Center Integration experience with Omnichannel or Chart CTI experience is a bonus but not necessary (Contact Center) Salesforce Developers with SQL queries or Data Modeling understanding Salesforce Administrator certification is a bonus.
