The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing the Sales Order Processing module within Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective implementation of Sales Order Processing workflows. It will also be responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of the system. The role requires sound knowledge of Dynamics 365 Best Practices, entities, workflows, configurations, portals, custom development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, CRM Solutions File Management, and developing custom applications using the xRM framework. Responsibilities: Configuration Management: -Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Order Processing module based on business requirements. -Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze configuration specifications. -Design, implement, and maintain configurations to optimize sales order processing workflows. System Integration: -Work closely with IT and other teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Order Processing with other business systems. -Ensure seamless data flow and integration points between Sales Order Processing and related modules.
