Job Title: Project manager Location : White Plains, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 6+ Months Contract What Will you Do Oversee the integration of multiple systems into Oracle ERP Interface with third-party implementation vendors on Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, Bar Code Systems, and EDI implementations Collaborate with global consulting firms for project integration Implement Waterfall and Agile methodologies as per project requirements Ensure successful project delivery within the defined timeline and budget Manage project resources and stakeholders effectively Project Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication strategies. Define project objectives and success criteria. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and effective communication. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, track progress, and proactively address potential issues or roadblocks. Monitor project performance against established metrics and take corrective actions as needed. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget. Optimize resource utilization to achieve project goals. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Anticipate challenges and develop contingency plans to ensure project success. Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, team members, and external partners. Provide regular project updates and address concerns promptly. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance project outcomes. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, change orders, and lessons learned. Generate comprehensive project reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Innovation and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework within the organization.
