ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are required. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are preferred. Hands on experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and other web technologies and frameworks. Hands on experience in using various ServiceNow modules and applications, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and platform capabilities like GenAI, Custom Apps., Flow Designer & Employee Center. Hands on experience in integrating ServiceNow with various external systems and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, etc. Hands on experience in developing conversational AI solutions using ServiceNow Virtual Agent, ServiceNow Chatbot, and ServiceNow Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Hands on experience in applying machine learning and analytics techniques using ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, and ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills and the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
