Prepares time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provides recommendations to project managers. Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. What we are looking for Nine or more years of programming or testing experience. Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software. Experience with Visual Studio, Dot Net Nuke, C#, OOP, .NET Framework, .NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SOAP, XML, XSD, WSDL, WCF. Windows and IIS basic configuration and administration. Oracle and SQL Server Database Knowledge Azure cloud application development and Azure DevOps Experience.
