Skills Preferred: 2+ years of knowledge of JIRA environment. 2+ years of knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint 2+ years of knowledge of facilitation techniques and experience using them in work groups 2+ years of knowledge of Microsoft Visio or another workflow software.
