Core Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of experience as Solution Architect in defining Cloud Applications integration. 5+ years of enterprise environment experience including Dynamics and Power platform Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with exceptional verbal and written communication Experience with SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe, and understanding of the various aspects applicable to managing a project Demonstrated success as a software developer, working with various platforms Experience with Azure DevOps Experience with architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities You will be primarily focused on leveraging your experience to Lead and Architect Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions on complex projects in medium to large enterprises. Key Role Responsibilities: Day-to-day you will: Contribute across all phases of projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test) Leverage technical expertise to Architect and Implement CRM solutions with Dynamics 365 Liaise effectively between IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely resolution of issues Assess requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions Ensure project quality meets standards through KPI identification Your technical skills include: Understanding of common Industry standard business practices supported by Dynamics 365 CE. Architecting large complex solutions using the Microsoft Stack. Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service Experience in implementing Health Care related solutions is nice to have. Good understanding of Integration with Dynamics 365 CE. Experience in Configuration and Customization of Dynamics 365 CE (Plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Web API and SSIS. DevOps with Dynamics 365 CE. Experience in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, SQL Server, HTML, C#, .NET. Solid understanding of Relational Database concepts. Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
