Position: Oracle Engineer (with extensive troubleshooting experience and expert understanding of RAC solutions) Location: Omaha, NE Duration: 12+ months contract Responsibilities: Need 15+ EXP 1. Collaborate with architects. Developers and other technical teams. 2. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve complex performance and availability issues related to Oracle RAC environments. Utilize in-depth knowledge of Oracle database internals, clusterware, and networking to troubleshoot and resolve problems effectively. 3. Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize Oracle RAC database performance by identifying bottlenecks, tuning SQL queries, optimizing database configurations, and implementing best practices. 4. High Availability: Configure and maintain Oracle RAC databases to ensure high availability is preserved. Only needed if we have to add capacity during some failure mode. 5.
