Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design process, Figma proficiency and user-centered design. Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Axure for creating interactive prototypes. Deep understanding of HCI principles, accessibility standards, user-centered design principles and usability best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly. Familiarity with front-end development principles and an understanding of technical constraints, and the design handoff processes, including generating assets for development. In-depth knowledge of Figma features, components, and collaboration functionalities. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, adapting to project requirements and timelines. Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing and persona development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex HCI concepts and design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
