Job Description: Looking for Workstream Function Lead for SAP S/4 Sales Order Allocations (SOA)- Capacity Mgmt/Route prioritization/ How best to leverage ABC (APO knowledge and how to implement in S4). S/4 Hana implementation experience in manufacturing experience is preferred. The to be solution will all be in S4. We are unwinding their existing APO system and re-implementing a more standard solution directly in S4. There will be some customizations because their existing APO system is highly customized. We are also working directly with SAP on behalf of Cliffs as well. Work Stream Lead Duties: Senior Individual with Blueprint/full implementation experience in S4 Able to facilitate/articulate overall approach for design and implementation Strong background in business area/domain Capable of Laying out an approach Proof of Concepts, Process Design Docs, etc. Ensure alignment with the business able to understand how working thru solution options, ensure expectations are being met, etc. Ensure Staffed appropriately and work getting done within the stream Deal with stream level business issues and getting alignment as needed Coordinate with other teams and business areas (SAP, Legacy, etc.) Work with Project Manager to align plan and approach.
