Analyzing your workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results As part of our diverse tech team, you can architect, code scripts, integrations and configurations within our SaaS software that makes us an essential part of our customers digital lives. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: Bachelors Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred. Prior hands-on experience in managing Talent Platforms Cornerstone OnDemand, Oracle HCM platform Global HR is essential. Develop inbound / Outbound, File / API based Integrations for Oracle HCM Prior experience of reading Oracle whitepaper and creating functional & Technical summary for team Prior Experience of consuming Oracle delivered API and integrate with enterprise application, Experience with Agile(Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban Completed at least 1 Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud Project Prior experience of automating Oracle Cloud test Data management will added advantages Prior knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be added advantages. Prior experience of automating Code deployment process will be added advantages.
