Job Requirement:

1. Working under the direction of a senior Customer Success Console product manager to support all capabilities & features that are targeted for development in FY21.

2. Assist in the creation of new Salesforce.com platform capabilities that will enable internal Cisco Customer Success experts to support the Customer's through their product & solution adoption journey.

3. Perform analyst role on our agile development team, partnering closely with other CX Customer Success experts and end-users to document the required system features and user stories in Aha! and Rally tools.

4. Documenting the business requirements & impacted / associated Customer Success processes.

5. Defining, managing and tracking system features & users stories in the Rally application and working with business and IT stakeholders to groom and refine.

6. Accountable for driving engagement with system end-users; capturing console feedback

7. Support the product manager with analysis projects, creating test scripts, conduct BAT testing.
