Job Title: Business Process Analyst Location: Philadelphia, PA, NJ, DE-Remote Full-Time Role Note: Only GC and Citizen No C2C and W2 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Yearly bonus ($150k on target earnings) As a Manager (entrance level), you will work on and lead client engagements that drive process performance and digitalization to increase effectiveness, reduce costs, improve profit Looking for someone early in career, comfortable working with newest digital tools, who wants to grow into a leadership position, including business development activities *** Must be very analytical, eager to learn *** Ideally, has experience with either of these modeling tools: ARIS, Signavio or Celonis, or similar ones, like Casewise, Mega, etc. Mandatory Skills: (let me know your exp those skills) business process management------- Business Process------- BPMN------ ARIS, Signavio or Celonis----- SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Requires a 4-year college degree.
