Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Drive innovation and maintain high standards of software craftsmanship throughout the development lifecycle. Requirements: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a Software Development role, with a focus on leadership responsibilities. Significant expertise in Golang programming, demonstrating proficiency in designing and coding services. Basic DevOps skills for managing development and testing environments. Proven ability to create test harnesses, unit tests, and integration tests for software validation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect and implement scalable software solutions. Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
