They have to be able to be on call for 1 week a month and work 2 weekends per month. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing complex network projects. At least 3 years of experience in networks supporting warehouse automation systems and robotics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Aruba and Cisco Layer 3 switches and wireless solutions. Hands-on experience with ClearPass, ServiceNow ITIL, CloudGenix ION. Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP. Demonstrated ability in complex network design and implementation. Palo Alto experience is a nice to have. Professional Attributes: Willing to work two weekends per month and be on call for one week per month to support Tier 2 & 3 Clearpass as well as IoT network issues. Travel Requirements: The ideal candidate must be adept at handling real-world challenges and providing effective solutions. They will play a critical role in the success of our network infrastructure, particularly in our warehouse automation and IoT initiatives. The selection process will include a hands-on, in-person interview at our headquarters. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, with two days on-site at 7000 Cardinal Place, and three days remote per week. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (BS or MS in EE).
