Specialty Lines knowledge preferred. Experience in directing and guiding other Team members. Skills and Requirements: Outstanding analytical skills are a must and candidates should be prepared to provide examples of successes and failures when their analysis was the basis for improvements and change. Strong and clear writing skills translating business needs into technical requirements that Developers can easily understand is a must. Candidates able to provide examples of their work is desired. Has to have a proven history of organizing and communicating with the varied Teams already mentioned. This requires collaborative and consensus building strengths. The ability to balance multiple priorities and problem solve effectively and independently in a fast changing environment A strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and its relationship to business processes and best practices.
