Details:

The client
is looking to hire a skilled full-stack developer to maintain eCommerce
websites. You will be responsible for liaising with the design team,
maintaining Magento 2x sites, designing/building modules and customizing
extensions, building new functionality, assuring end-to-end information flow
between internal and third-party providers, testing the performance of each
site, and maintaining security and feature updates after the installation is
complete. You will be responsible for creating wireframe mockups and user flow
deliverables.

To ensure
success as a Full Stack Developer, you should have excellent object-orientated
programming knowledge, hold certifications for Magento development, and be able
to manage projects that involve internal and external resources.

Duties
and Responsibilities
:

Work with the marketing and
development teams to advance our eCommerce platform to support and grow
all aspects of the business.

Identify opportunities to
improve the business by development of additional modules or features

Work with development teams on
progress, prioritization and release management.

Coding of the Magento templates
and developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.

Managing Magento 2x eCommerce
websites. Designing themes and interfaces. Troubleshooting integration
issues.

Manage updating website
features and security patches.

Advanced knowledge of Magento,
JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.

Experience with complete
eCommerce lifecycle development.

Understanding of modern UI/UX
trends, and design tools such as Axure RP, Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of Google Tag
Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to project-manage and
work to meet strict deadlines.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Good knowledge and
understanding of Scrum processes and development cycle.

Manage DevOps for Magento site,
including: support, enhancements and feature development.

Preference
for candidates experienced with
:

Expertise
working on of GCP and its development toolset.

Front-End
Development (HTML5, CSS, jQuery, XML, Responsive mobile design)

Experience
with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Bootstrap

Back-End
Development (PHP), Python

Understanding
of Magento's code structure, extension architecture, and theming

Web
services integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON-based REST microservices)

Experience
with MySQL database

Knowledge
of bug and feature tracking systems such as Jira, New relic, etc.

Git-based
source control

Knowledge
of technologies like CDN, hosting, web server configurations, DNS, etc.

Knowledge
of e-commerce data organization, relationships and store catalog
(categories/products/attributes)

Deep
understanding of change management, DevOps and release management

Experience
with Google suite GTM, GA, etc.

Experience
in SEO and best practices for website markup

Use
current standards of responsive, component-based web design and
performance optimization techniques.

Experience
with remote procedure calls, webhooks, and API development

Education
Requirements

Bachelors
degree in Computer Science, Digital Strategy combined with technology
execution, or similar.

Additional
considerations for demonstrated post degree continuing education, or
self-study credentials.

Communication
Skills

Ability
to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues, in
person and remotely

Demonstrated
ability to create the full lifecycle of documentation (Product vision,
design decision, Agile requirement documents, user stories, user
acceptance test, workflows, user and support documents)

Mathematical Skills

Basic
understanding of AI tools and statistics behind user-interactions for an
ecommerce platform.
