Broad St. Richmond, VA 23219 Webcam Interview // Hybrid *This is a hybrid position. *Candidates must be able to work onsite 1 -2 days/week. *Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking seeking a lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering D365 application solutions. In this role, the primary responsibility will be the development of advanced IT solutions, spanning the entire spectrum from design and integration to implementation and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will manage the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. The candidate should have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and be well-versed in Agile practices. The candidate will have an expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architecture, configuration, workflows, administration, role, and security functionalities; Proven experience architecting, developing, implementing and delivering business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated application; Perform gap analysis between a clients requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365; Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions; Train end-users and technical staff on D365 functionality and custom developments. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment and usage 6 years Experience in architecting and developing business applications using Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform. 6 year Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration, Power Automate, Power apps 6 years Create Custom Workflow, Custom Actions, Business process flow, and Custom Forms with CRM. Participate in the DevOps, Agile-Scrum process by assisting with use case development, estimating, and completion of assigned stories. 6 years Experience in creating model-driven apps using Dataverse 5 years Create Custom Entities, Custom attributes for individual business units, in MS Dynamics according to their business process. 5 years Experience in developing Finance/Asset management and or Case management modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyze and document business requirements, and conduct fit gap analysis studies. 5 years Hands-on experience developing applications using both on-prem and cloud Dynamics CRM 2011/2013/2015/2016/D365 platforms. 6 years Strong experience developing customized solutions on Dynamics 365 using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Experience in SQL Server, SSIS. 6 years Experience or knowledge in front end technologies ( HTML, CSS, XML/XSLT, JQuery, AngularJS) 6 years Strong Experience in designing Security model and Out of the Box Configurations in D365. 6 years Desirable Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Apps certifications Question 2 Please list the candidates email address.
