Okta Certifications also preferred. We are seeking an Identity Engineer who has the ability to learn new technologies quickly, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the including but not limited to: IAM - Identity Access Management LDAP Lightweight Directory Access Protocol , SSO Single Sign-On, SAML Security Assertion Markup Language, or WS Federation Web Service Cloud applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, Workday, etc. This individual will work closely with IT support teams and end-users to address access-related questions and issues.
