Role: Delivery lead with Loyalty Program Experience Location: Miami, FL Onsite 4 days a week, Remote Fridays (Local preferred) Duration: 18+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Need LinkedIn profile link Job Description: Our team is looking for a Delivery Lead for our Loyalty Program who is accountable for the overall coordination, execution and delivery of value through the program. This position requires individuals who have previously been successful Scrum Masters and/or Agile Coaches on highly distributed teams, have led Agile/Scrum adoption in the past, and have experience in traditional software delivery as well as those who can drive and influence change and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization specifically with previous Loyalty Programs experience. Responsibilities: Act as an execution lead closely partnering with the product manager & IT delivery owner Establish and communicate schedules for release/program increment Assist with execution and feature/capability completion tracking Assist with economic decision making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tradeoff discussions Resolve, escalate and/or track impediments Encourage team collaboration Collaborate with other value stream stakeholders to help assure strategy and execution alignment Manage risks and dependencies Forecast and manage budget within established parameters Coach, mentor and motivate project team members Ensure comprehensive and seamless project post-implementation transition Support teams as appropriate Required Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years project management experience 3+ years senior scrum master working with multiple scrum teams Experience with Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies.
