Position: 100% Remote ServiceNow IRM Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description Description and Expectations : ServiceNow Developer to play a critical role in building out customized policies, risks, and controls that map and track compliance within our IRM infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your ServiceNow expertise with your risk management understanding to create a robust and flexible compliance framework. Responsibilities : Custom Framework Development: Design and develop both out of the box and custom ServiceNow tables and workflows to manage policies, risks, and controls within the IRM framework. Utilize custom tables and fields to track specific attributes needed for comprehensive compliance tracking. Leverage APIs and integrations to connect with external systems and data sources. Compliance Implementation: Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to translate regulations and internal policies into actionable ServiceNow workflows and forms. Configure dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into compliance status and identify potential risks. Develop risk assessments and automated control procedures to streamline compliance assessments. Knowledge Management: Implement efficient processes for importing compliance-related documents and maintaining an updated knowledge base within ServiceNow. Leverage ServiceNow knowledge base functionality to organize and categorize documents for easy access and searchability. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform including core modules, scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly), and customization capabilities. Utilize best practices for secure and scalable development within ServiceNow. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow advancements and trends in IRM and compliance workflows. Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, preferably with exposure to IRM projects. Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified ServiceNow Risk Management (CIS Risk & Compliance). Proven experience in developing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow. Understanding of risk management principles and methodologies, specifically related to compliance tracking. Strong scripting skills and familiarity with JavaScript and Jelly within ServiceNow. Experience with building custom tables and managing user-defined attributes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
