Proactively identify interdependencies and their impact on project/s and overall program. Mitigate risks and resolve blockers in a quick & efficient manner, assuring high-level delivery. Hold and lead effective requirements gathering, status updates, decision-making, ad-hoc sessions with internal and external stakeholders. Effectively collaborate on delivery with 3rd party vendors. Produce detailed project documentation, project schedule, reports, key notes, action items and others. Collaborate on use cases, user personas preparation. Closely collaborate with globally dispersed cross-functional teams and various levels of audience Support Program Manager in day-to-day activities REQUIREMENTS Must haves Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally Able to coordinate and deliver across multiple internal and external delivery teams. Highly productive with minimal oversight from Program Manager Able to quickly become proficient in a variety of new tools, processes and delivery approaches. Able to prioritize and negotiate. Able to solve problems and deliver results through others.
