This role is needed on an exception basis where cross department project management is needed and a CPO/PO is unable to fulfill the role. Key Operations projects which require this include the launch of Active ETF products, rearchitecting the Operations Nightly Production Cycle and rebuilding Operational interfaces improve efficiency and eliminate legacy technologies.
