The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Source Review and Customer Profile Enablement: Review and analyze data from multiple sources to enable the creation of unique customer profiles. Utilize data to enhance customer understanding and engagement. 2. Attribution Analysis for Touchpoints: Identify and analyze attributions for different touchpoints to facilitate personalized interactions. Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for customer engagement. 3. Audience Segmentation and Consolidation: Assist in the development of strategies for audience segmentation and consolidation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective segmentation approaches. 4. Digital Market Technology Assessment: Assess digital market technology choices to determine their suitability, both in terms of software and hardware. Stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to data analytics. 5. Collaboration and Integration: Work collaboratively as part of an integrated team, contributing data insights to support sales and core IT transformation initiatives. 6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Create and maintain quality documents, ensuring compliance with defined standards. Participate in audits and collect metrics data to drive continuous improvement. 7. Technical Support and Project Coordination: Coordinate with on-site engineers and participate in customer calls as needed. Provide support in raising risks, issues, and escalations to senior management. 8. Value Creation and Knowledge Management: Contribute to value creation and knowledge management activities within the organization. Assist in the creation of project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in data analysis and profiling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. Familiarity with digital marketing technologies, including analytics tools. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge of data-related compliance standards and best practices.
