Job Title: JIRA Analyst/Admin Work Arrangement : REMOTE Rate : $60/hr C2C Job Description: Experience Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian products, specifically Jira Service Desk, Jira Software, Confluence, and OpsGenie . Skills Proficient understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Proficiencies with Agile and Jira Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Expertise in data manipulation with tools like MS Excel, Access, BI tools, etc. Experience creating and publishing dashboards and creation of status updates. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple groups to complete required tasks. Ability to provide guidance and feedback on-demand.
