Job Description: We are seeking a skilled AEM Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. As an AEM Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, editable templates, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AEM 6.5, Core Components, Sightly, and possess strong frontend development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, and XML. Key Responsibilities: 1. AEM Component Development: Develop and maintain AEM components and editable templates. Implement analytics on AEM components to track and analyze user interactions. 2. Data Layer Enablement: Understand data layer concepts and enable data tracking in AEM components. Work with analytics concepts for effective data layer implementation. 3. Frontend Development: Build custom customer components using Core Components and Sightly. Utilize frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, and XML. 4. AEM Technologies: Have a good understanding of AEM 6.5 features, including Editable Templates, Sling Models, Experience, and Content Fragments. Knowledge of CRX/JCR repository and experience in creating and using custom workflows. 5. OSGI Framework: Familiarity with the OSGI framework. Knowledge of creating and consuming OSGI bundles (R6). 6. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Co-ordinate with on-site engineers and actively participate in customer calls. Raise risks, issues, and escalate to senior management when required. Create quality documents, collect metrics data, and conduct audits. 7. Development and Support: Participate in development and enhancement activities based on designs proposed by architects or tech leads. Provide defect fixes and support during the warranty period. 8. Project Management: Create project plans and track schedules for on-time delivery in accordance with defined quality standards. 9. Process Improvement and Compliance: Ensure process improvement and compliance with organizational and technical standards. Participate in technical design discussions and review technical documents. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an AEM Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in AEM 6.5. Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, and XML. Knowledge of AEM components, editable templates, Core Components, Sightly, and analytics implementation. Familiarity with the OSGI framework and CRX/JCR repository. Experience in creating and using custom workflows in Adobe AEM. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
