Project Scope: The Agency of Digital Services team embedded at the Department of Public Safety (State) seeks to procure the services of a project manager to assist the State in planning and coordinating the execution of activities to modernize the technical environment developed and maintained in support of the Department of Public Safetys mission (State OSIE) Link to current CJIS Security Policy - https://le.fbi.gov/cjis-division/cjis-security-policyresource-center Roles/Responsibilities: Project Charter to be updated. Project Risk & Issue Log to be updated as needed. Project Decision Log to be updated as needed Communications plan to be updated once or as needed. Project Work Breakdown Structure to be updated once. Organizational Change Management Plan to be updated once or as needed. Integrated Project Schedule to be updated weekly Project Budget Plan & Actuals to be updated weekly. Weekly Status Report to be updated weekly. Monthly Executive Presentations to be updated monthly on the 1st Monday of each month Mandatory Skills: 3 years of experience working with NIST 800-53 publication. In-depth knowledge of the CJIS Security Policy (5.9.2 or most recent publication). Experience managing confidential projects and project documentation that may include vulnerabilities and vectors for exploitation by nefarious actors. Demonstrated experience with large, cross-functional projects requiring coordination of multiple internal and external parties. Demonstrated proficiency in communication with executive leadership. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of methods for the management of sensitive or confidential project information.
