The successful candidate will play a vital role in our team, working on-site in Chattanooga and Burlington as we go live with our implementation. 1. Oracle Cloud experience, particularly in navigating modules such as CPQ, Order Management, and Inventory. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula skills for basic tasks and troubleshooting. 3. Familiarity with basic Oracle reporting tools like OTBI or Publisher. 4-Must have manufacturing domain experience ABOUT THE POSITION The Oracle Business Analyst - Q2C Quote to Cash is a critical role in implementing our global Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The position will work closely with other Q2C team members and business stakeholders in ensuring that there is a proper design and well executed implementation for all aspects of quote to cash business function. The position will work closely with the Q2C value stream owner, project management, subject matter experts, and technical team to design, build, test, and implement Astecs new Oracle Cloud ERP system and Q2C functionality/processes. Will also ensure global design is adhered to both on the project and with production support. To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are: A BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent and/or combination of training and experience as deemed sufficient by management. 5+ years of experience as a business analyst 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion experience specifically with Quoting, Ordering, Shipping, Pricing, and Order Orchestration 3+ years of Oracle CPQ experience Has experience designing business processes. Experience with revenue cycles and engineer to order process is a plus Has experience designing systems solutions. Has experience developing and executing test plans. Experience coordinating project activities Flexible and adaptable in prioritizing workloads, coping with pressures, deadlines, and rapidly changing situations. Strong communication skills including presentation skills. Creative thinker, results-oriented, analytical mindset, and a focused problem-solver.
