JD: Role:Engagement Specialist -AFG Phone Services Description: The Phone Service engagement specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding experience for Ameriprise Financial (AFI) franchise practices. Will be responsible for managing multiple customers at one time which are located across US. In this role, you will be responsible for working with site contacts to collect requirements for their voice services, communicate requirements to our internal team in addition to asking qualifying questions to the franchise group, then working internally and with AT&T to schedule change to AFI voice solution, provide training material and day 1 support. You will be the main point of contact and represent Ameriprise Financial Voice Team. Key Responsibilities New intakes-initial presentation Gathering site build requirements Liaison with AT&T to manage port orders Works closely with practice to provide status updates, answer questions and ensure readiness for Go-Live Provide initial training to new sites on how to use the tool Desired Experience: Background in telephony with Cisco experience a plus.
