[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role name: Database Administrator Role Description: Works closely with stakeholders and perform Jira to Rally migration of projects, user stories etc. Identifies and manages existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role. Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled. Follows written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities. Design, develop, code, and test significant technical solutions collaborating with senior and lead engineers. Lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planning at a team level. Organize work and lead team to deliver features and solutions. Independently resolves complex production issues and leads troubleshooting of end-to-end solutions that span multiple applications and systems. Mentor and coach junior engineers. May begin working with architecture to help influence directions for key technologies within a specific domain. Competencies: Project Management Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Reference Data Administration Experience in performing Jira to Rally migration is preferable. Experience/Knowledge in Jira administration Working knowledge and hands on experience with Rally Web Services and Loop-Back APIs Experience with Dashboard customization, configuration, user interface personalization and infrastructure management Experience with building integration with Rally and other tools such as Jira, Github, Jenkins, CA Clarity PPM, etc. Building and integrating custom applications within Rally. Experience with resource management, finance management, project management, custom objects and Rally Platform is a must. Experience in feasibility analysis, low-level design, developing unit test cases, and providing IT/UAT support Strong team work and collaboration skills, with track record of leading or working with cross-functional teams PL/SQL, Microsoft Excel and related tools experience Desirable Skills: Decision making capability should be able to provide Creativity and Innovation ideas. Think out of the box to come up with unique ideas and turn those ideas and goals into reality. Should be able to clearly and effectively formulate directions for others.
