Responsibilities: Develop and Coordinate Software Architecture: Lead the development and coordination of both solution and information architecture (20%). Assist in Sprint Planning : Support the Project Manager in Sprint Planning activities (10%). Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy : Take charge of designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise components related to the Ed Steps system application on Microsoft Azure (60%). Knowledge Transfer: Impart knowledge and provide training to other Scholarship team members and ODE application developers (10%). Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience using Microsoft Azure. 3 years of experience in developing cloud architecture and adoption strategy for Azure. 3 years of experience in developing/maintaining Azure cloud-native IT systems. 3 years of experience in migrating existing .NET applications to Azure. 3 years of experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery in Azure. Proficiency in Azure Technologies (e.g., Azure Function, App Service, etc.). 3 years of experience in Azure DevOps, including leading Sprint planning activities. 10 years of experience in developing/maintaining IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred). 10 years of experience in relational database technologies (MS SQL preferred or Oracle). 8 years of experience in architecting IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred). 5 years of experience in leading teams through multiple stages of software development. 5 years of experience in Test Driven Development and test automation. 5 years of experience in Agile Development Methodologies using TFS. 3 years of experience with Angular 7.0 or above with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma (or other Angular testing framework). 5 years of experience with other web UI development tools/languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MVC). 2 years of experience with .NET CORE 1.0/2.0 using C#. 3 years of experience with ORM Tools (Entity Framework preferred or equivalent). 2 years of experience in integration with 3rd party products such as SendGrid and Cloudmersive. Required Skills/Experience: Developing/maintaining Azure cloud-native IT systems: 3 Years (Required). Developing cloud architecture and adoption strategy for Azure: Required. Migrating existing .NET application to Azure: Required. Azure Technologies (e.g., Azure Function, App Service, etc.): Required.
