Atleast 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience Roles & Responsibilties : Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. Understanding of how to optimise the ServiceNow data model and structures, proposing and enforcing coding standards and convention across the development teams. An excellent communicator with the ability to talk on a process level with clients and manage the direction of a distributed development team. Evaluates new features in the platform with ServiceNow releases and the suitability/applicability in the current environment. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. Strong client-facing and consulting skills. Business Applications, and Application Services Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions. Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules. Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM,CSDM implementations in ServiceNow.
