This can be an OIC functional consultant who can play the QA tester role. Please let me know asap if you have someone, below is the job description. Note OIC is Oracle Incentive compensation, NOT Oracle Integration Cloud Location Remote (anywhere in USA is ok) Duration 3-6 months Rate competitive (as per market standards) JOB DESCRIPTION 5+ Years in Oracle EBS Incentive Compensation (OIC)either in implementation projects or providing functional support to US clients. Strong functional knowledge of sales performance management Experienced in Compensation Plan Design, Plan Element Configurations, and Formula Definition -Custom Formula Development and Deployment -Complex Multi-Dimensional Rate Table Configurations Good knowledge of manual adjustment, commission plan/schedule, and integration with TMS (Territory Manager Engine) in OIC. Good understanding of the calculation engine/incentive and payment push to payroll/AP, along with payment governance within OIC. Owns end to end variable OIC process from upstream data issues to calculation of payouts, route cause analysis of errors and validation of final commission payments. Ability to engage with clients directly and be able to drive solution design.
