Expert level knowledge of O365 and other MS cloud solutions including Teams VOIP solution and configuration Experience deploying MS stack solutions into an organization. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with business partners and IT/tech staff and vendors. Understanding of ITIL IT governance framework, information security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
