Job Description:

Omnichannel Analyst (In context of IVR, ChatBot and other channel experiences)

Audit existing experiences & document optimizations

Analyze data to surface optimization opportunities

Analyze data to showcase existing solution performance

Are a key person when dealing with analysing and defining requirements as well as selecting the right solution always working closely with our Solution Architect and Engagement Manager.

Steer the client during the course of the project, keep an eye on the quality of the platform and control all parameters of the platform, monitor customer useability and push towards maximizing all KPIs

Create tailor made offerings to assist clients and set up and maintain an ongoing customer success model.
